This area helps create positive associations with the salon, reducing anxiety and promoting a sense of fun. 

We understand that a dog's sense of smell is incredibly powerful, which is why we've created a scent-sensitive environment:

• A large deli of wonderful smelly treats greets is placed strategically to greet dogs on arrival into the salon positively associating the salon with wonderful memories of exciting food experiences and the engsgement of their noses in the happy hope for more
• Calm happy confident groomers and dogs releasing happy calm hormones!
• Only non-toxic, neutral fragrances and cleaning products used in the salon
• Strategic use of calming natural scents like lavender & lemongrass. 
• Well-ventilated spaces to prevent harsh odour buildup

By controlling the olfactory environment, we ensure your dog isn't overwhelmed by strong smells, ensuring your pups comfort.

We've created two quiet Living Room zones where your dog can relax between grooming stages. By creating a safe space for your pet to take breaks, we can avoid them becoming overwhelmed during visits.  We also have two private groom rooms in addition to a large open plan groom room for sociable dogs. Every wall.and door in the salon is specially acoustically made to ensure we minimise any noise and keep the envitonment calm.

Our dog's hearing is twice as sensitive as ours and this can generate a lot of anxiety! 

We've taken steps to create a peaceful atmosphere:

• Dryers located in separate, sound-insulated rooms
• Private grooming areas to minimize distractions
• Calming, low level soundtracks to promote a peaceful atmosphere. 

The salon is designed with secluded grooming sections, made to minimise distractions & prevent overstimulation. By reducing exposure to other pets, unfamiliar sounds & bustling activity, we help keep stress levels low & ensure your dog remains comfortable & happy throughout their visit.
